Payment
• Lessons are paid in advance, no later than the last day before the new month begins.
• Payment is accepted by Visa or Revolut only.
• A lesson time is reserved once payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable, and the lesson is considered used.
• If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson is considered used and is non-refundable.
Online Lessons
• All lessons are conducted via Zoom.
• A working camera and headphones are required for every lesson. This ensures effective communication and clear sound quality.
• If the student cannot use a camera or headphones, the lesson cannot be conducted and is considered used.
Homework & Exams
• Completed homework should be sent to the teacher before the lesson so it can be reviewed during the lesson.
• Students who plan to take a Russian language examination should inform the teacher in advance, so the course can be appropriately planned.
Materials & Recording
• All necessary lesson materials are provided by the teacher.
• Students may purchase recommended textbooks independently if they wish.
• Lesson materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, published or distributed without permission.
• Recording a lesson is not permitted without the teacher’s prior permission.
